The 30th HKIECE will encompass various overseas and local colleges as well as educational institutions and consultants, providing a comprehensive platform to exhibit the latest information on local and overseas education and further studies programmes for the students and parents to choose the right choice in their study path. In addition, the "Careers Square" provides an opportunity for job seekers and workers to connect with employers directly, while also gaining insights into industry developments. The Expo will stage a series of educational activities, including school briefings and seminars on study and career guidance, offering visitors useful tips on study plans and career development.

Offering approximately 2,000 job vacancies and on-site interview opportunities, this zone presents a wide range of employment options from various government departments, public and private organizations. This includes the 5 Disciplined Services, Transport & Logistics Bureau, Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification, Aviation Security, Ocean Park, banks, insurance companies, and property developers, among others. Visitors have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into different career paths and stay updated on the latest industry trends, helping them make informed decisions for their future career path.

Job seekers can have their CVs assessed, focusing on factors such as information accuracy, design, and sequencing clarity.
